Living Sabai CE Workshop Refund/ Cancellation Policy:
Our refund policy is dependent on the host of the workshop. If a student pays a school or other outside organization directly for a course, even if said student registers for that course through livingsabai.com, any refunds or credits will be determined by that school or institution.
If a student pays Living Sabai directly for a course and receives receipt of payment through Living Sabai or Jill Burynski the following refund/ cancellation policy applies:
If you cancel your registration at least 30 days prior to the class, you’ll receive a full refund less a $15 processing fee.
Cancellations made 29-14 days prior to the class will be use that tuition towards a future class less a $15 processing fee.
Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to a class will receive no refund or credit towards a future class.
In the unlikely event that the host cancels the workshop, you will receive a full refund.
Notice of cancellation may be made by phone or in writing. Written notice shall be delivered to Living Sabai or Jill Burynski via email, or regular mail. The date of cancellation shall be considered the actual date such notice is received by Living Sabai/ Jill Burynski. Refunds for credit card payments shall be made within 5 business days; payments by check shall be refunded within 10 business days.
